Lake Harriet Spiritual Community
A Center for Conscious Living

9am Service Leaders

Lake Harriet Spiritual Community is fortunate to have renowned spiritual speakers deliver their compelling spiritual messages during both of our Sunday Services at 9:00am and 10:30am.

The 9:00am services are for earlier risers, therefore tend to be more intimate in nature and more experimental.  They are led by highly-regarded leaders in the spiritual community who rotate every other month.

The typical schedule for 9:00am services include the following themes:

1st Sunday:   Sacred Drumming
2nd Sunday:  Spiritual Development
3rd Sunday:   Toning/Chanting
4th Sunday:   Body & Soul

Lena Swanson has been a full time shamanic healer, professional animal communicator and psychic, past life regression facilitator and Reiki master since 2002. She is a graduate of the Foundation for Shamanic Studies’ Three Year Program, considered to be the most advanced training available in core shamanism. She also completed Sandra Ingerman’s two year shamanic teacher training program. Lena’s holistic healthcare practice focuses on achieving and maintaining wellness for both people and animals. She teaches a variety of shamanic journeying and animal communication classes and has been featured on television and radio. Lena is also available as a speaker for conferences and special events.
Lena's service is a great way to connect with spirit and you don't need any experience with shamanic journeying to attend. The morning begins with drumming and rattling as a way to begin connecting to the circle and creating sacred space. Then after a short discussion of the theme for the month Lena leads a guided shamanic journey, helping people meet their power animals and/or teachers and gain information and/or healing. If you're curious about the shamanic journey this is the place to start and if you're a seasoned journeyer this is the place to grow and share.
